Qualifications

BPO/Outsourcing/Customer Service: 2+ years in client-facing remote roles.
Performance Management: experience with KPIs, reviews, and improvement plans.
Account Management/Client Services: manage client relationships and escalations.
Quality Assurance: familiarity with QA processes and coaching via audits.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a remote customer success team to meet targets.
Manage KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvements.
Oversee client relationships, escalations, and service delivery quality.
Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor performance and report insights.
