Job summary

Magic, Inc is seeking a VA Team Lead for B2B accounts to coach a team of 8–15 virtual assistants handling key client accounts. This remote role reports to Haydee Valle and sits in the Customer Success department, with a focus on coaching, performance management, and ensuring client satisfaction across time zones.

You’ll drive results through coaching, data-driven reviews, daily huddles, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote teams in a client-facing setting.
• Proven ability to coach for performance improvements and client satisfaction.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own team KPIs end-to-end and drive CSAT, productivity, and retention.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching and real-time feedback with team members.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Lead daily/weekly team huddles and report performance to senior management.
• Manage client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding and escalations.
