Magic, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Team Leader to oversee 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple international clients from the Philippines.

You will run daily stand-ups, coach EAs in real-time, and develop growth plans while maintaining high client satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years of VA/EA experience with international clients, excellent English communication, and comfort using platforms like HubSpot, Slack, Discord, and ChatGPT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on VA or EA experience with international clients.
• 1+ years client success, B2B relationship management, or team coordination.
• Professional-level English, written and verbal.
• Comfortable across 6+ platforms daily, and eager to learn new tools.
• Experience coaching and developing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple clients.
• Lead daily video calls with international clients (US/AU).
• Optimize EA workflows and maintain SOPs for key functions.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver improvement plans.
• Coordinate with billing and operations to address escalations.
