Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on VA/EA experience with international clients.
• 1+ year in client success or team coordination.
• Proficient with 6+ platforms daily and eager to learn new tools.
• Professional-level English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15-20 EAs across multiple clients and coach in real time.
• Lead daily calls with international clients and optimize EA workflows.
• Monitor performance across listed tools and submit daily ALP report.
