Job summary

Magic is a fully remote outsourcing platform connecting SMBs with high-quality remote workers. We are seeking a B2B Team Lead (Success Coach) to build a high‑performing unit focused on client satisfaction for key accounts.

You will coach 8–15 virtual assistants, own performance metrics, and drive results across the team. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams, conduct regular coaching, and maintain strong client relationships in a 100% remote setting across Asia and the US time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct people management (remote preferred).
• 2+ years in customer service, BPO, or virtual assistant management.
• Experience managing KPIs, coaching, and client outcomes.
• Familiarity with CRM, QA, and coaching workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own team KPIs end-to-end, CSAT, quality scores, productivity, and retention.
• Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and real-time feedback.
• Lead daily/weekly team huddles and monitor performance trends.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for client success and escalations.
• Manage client relationships and address coaching needs.
• Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
