Job summary

Magic, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Team Leader (Philippines, Remote) to bridge clients and EA teams, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth operations. You’ll own partnerships end-to-end, coach EAs, and drive performance across multiple clients.

You will manage 15–20 virtual assistants, run daily stand-ups, develop growth plans, and handle client escalations with a proactive, coaching mindset. This role requires overnight shifts and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on VA or EA experience with international clients (US/AU preferred)
• Professional-level English, written and verbal
• Comfortable with 6+ platforms daily

Responsibilities

• Lead 15–20 virtual assistants across multiple clients
• Run daily stand-ups and coach EAs in real-time when issues arise
• Develop personalized development plans for each team member
• Track performance metrics including response times and client satisfaction
• Own client partnerships and team outcomes end-to-end
