Job summary

LevelUp is a remote-friendly agency seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue by engaging with existing accounting and audit firms within an installed base. You will manage high inbound demand, guide customers through pricing tiers, handle objections, and close deals using CRM tools.

The role requires night/mid-afternoon shifts covering North American and European hours, with a fixed 40-hour week and holidays observed in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B SaaS inside sales with quotas.
• Experience closing deals via live chat (Intercom or similar).
• Excellent written English for chat/email; confident spoken English for calls.
• Direct experience using Salesforce or similar CRM daily.
• Willing to work fixed night/mid-afternoon shifts and Philippine holidays.
• Nice-to-have: selling to accounting/audit/financial professional services firms.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with AI-powered analysis or data software products.
• Nice-to-have: Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience.
• Nice-to-have: CPQ workflows.
• Nice-to-have: Fluency in French, German, or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high volumes of inbound chats and emails from existing clients; take calls when requested.
• Guide customers through package options, pricing tiers, and licensing models; close transactions via CRM tools.
• Identify complex opportunities and route to named Account Managers with clear handover notes.
• Document 100% of interactions, purchase intent, objections, and usage trends in CRM daily.
• Handle escalated requests from self-serve portals.
• Run proactive outbound campaigns to installed base based on usage triggers.
• Meet KPIs: chat response <60s, deal cycles: 5 days initial, 3 days later, CSAT >4.2.
