Job summary

You will oversee onboarding, engagement, retention, and long-term participation, coordinating with Product, Engineering, Recruitment, and Project teams.

The role focuses on improving contributor experience, developing segmentation, rating, and incentive programs, and creating SOPs, onboarding materials, and training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in crowd/platform/community/marketplace operations.
• Experience managing contributor, freelancer, or marketplace ecosystems.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• AI data services or crowdsourcing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contributor lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Improve contributor experience by gathering feedback and partnering with Product, Engineering, Recruitment, and Project teams.
• Develop contributor segmentation, rating, and incentive programs.
• Create SOPs, onboarding materials, and training programs.
• Monitor operational metrics and recommend improvements.
