Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced project lead to drive HR transformation and technology delivery initiatives. You will oversee planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder management across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time, on-scope outcomes.

The role requires collaboration with business, technical, vendor, and client teams, strong reporting, and the ability to coach associates while improving PM processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, technology implementation, HR transformation, or business transformation.
• Experience managing project plans, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Experience supporting multi-workstream project delivery.
• Experience preparing executive-level project reports and governance materials.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting HR technology or workforce transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project planning, workplan development, execution, and milestone tracking.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, status reports, governance materials, action trackers, RAID logs, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project activities across business, functional, technical, vendor, and client teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation of delivery concerns to project leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, governance forums, and status reviews.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, deliverables, budgets, resource plans, utilization targets, and performance metrics.
• Track action items and drive follow-through to support timely issue resolution and decision-making.
• Prepare meeting minutes, executive presentations, project reports, and governance updates for key stakeholders.
• Support testing, deployment, implementation readiness, and change activities to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with project governance frameworks, quality standards, and assurance requirements.
• Coach and supervise associates supporting project workstreams and contribute to team development.
• Contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies, tools, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
