Job summary

PCMA seeks a dedicated coordinator to engage, educate and support its global community. You will own membership processes, coordinate APAC‑focused growth, and partner with marketing to drive recruitment and retention.

You will manage the end-to-end member journey, host online and live events, and support volunteers across time zones. Strong communication, data accuracy, and familiarity with CRM tools are essential.

Qualifications

1–2 years in membership, community engagement, events, marketing or sales.
Exposure to event coordination across in-person, virtual or hybrid formats.
Ability to work independently within a small team and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Own member acquisition and retention by building the membership pipeline for APAC.
Plan and execute integrated recruitment and engagement campaigns with marketing.
Manage end-to-end membership, enquiries, onboarding, renewals and reactivations.
Moderate online APAC community and publish event materials per brand guidelines.
Own reporting on KPIs and provide leadership with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate and host on-site and virtual events, including post-event follow-up.
