Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist to drive newsletter growth, repurpose podcast content into lead-generation assets, and manage website growth initiatives. You will build reporting frameworks to provide visibility into marketing performance and customer acquisition.

You will work on audience segmentation, automation campaigns, and CRM-driven initiatives to optimize engagement and conversion across channels.

Qualifications

Experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
Strong understanding of email marketing and audience segmentation.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Knowledge of content marketing, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with Google Analytics, dashboards, and marketing reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
