• Experience management: discuss staff experiences and identify development opportunities.
• Talent pool management & resource optimization: manage bench and capacity while understanding capability.
• Resource optimization: highlight capability beyond the home talent pool to maximize productivity.
• Experience management: promote career experiences as part of every engagement.
• Continuous improvement: roll out initiatives and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Quality: leakage and data quality to support rapid decisions.
