Qualifications

Proven experience managing an online community platform (e.g., Mighty Networks, Circle).
Exceptional English writing with ability to produce polished long and short-form content.
Strong experience in content research, planning, and publishing.
Email marketing experience with newsletters.
Graphic design capability for web/social assets (Canva, Photoshop).
Basic photo and video editing skills.
Ability to read analytics and translate into clear recommendations.
Significant hands-on experience in a similar role.
Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Strong communication and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operation of an online membership community, including onboarding new members and supporting them through the full member lifecycle.
Research, write, and publish weekly email content covering travel ideas, gear reviews, destination inspiration, and health and wellness topics.
Conduct competitive and inspirational research to support the content calendar and community strategy.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract, convert, and retain members.
Create graphic design assets for web pages, branding, logos, and community materials.
Edit photo and video content for use across community channels and marketing.
Monitor community and content analytics, interpret performance data, and translate findings into strategy and tactical recommendations.
Coordinate member welcome kits, including sourcing and managing merchandise and fulfillment vendors.
Maintain organized content files, assets, and publishing schedules.
Recommend tools and platforms that improve content production and community operations.
