Job summary

Global Hola is seeking a proactive Membership & Community Coordinator to drive member acquisition and retention across APAC. You will manage recruitment campaigns, oversee the membership journey, and coordinate events from planning to post-event reporting.

The role requires strong communication, data accuracy, and experience with CRM systems and community platforms. Hybrid workflows and collaboration with marketing and events teams are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in membership, community engagement, events, marketing, or sales; internships acceptable.
• Exposure to in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Ability to work independently within a small team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Office tools and digital platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and community platforms.
• Comfortable engaging with a global audience across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own member acquisition and retention pipelines and drive APAC growth.
• Plan and execute integrated recruitment and engagement campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end membership journey from enquiry to renewal.
• Maintain membership records and data integrity.
• Moderate and grow online APAC community across channels.
• Publish event and community content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track KPIs and deliver leadership-friendly reporting.
• Represent PCMA at events and lead on-site activities.
