Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Junior Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst to support vendor master data in a remote night-shift role. You will validate onboarding documents, update vendor records across Coupa and Salesforce, and ensure timely processing within SLAs.

Required is a 2+ year background in AP or vendor data, plus strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and English proficiency for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data, Finance Operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in Coupa, Salesforce, and related systems.
• Validate vendor onboarding documents, including tax forms, banking details, and compliance documentation.
• Process vendor master data changes such as address updates, payment terms, bank account modifications, and vendor deactivations.
• Ensure vendor data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
• Process vendor requests within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Identify duplicate vendor records and perform data cleansing activities to maintain master data quality.
• Assist with month-end activities related to vendor master maintenance and reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries professionally and support the resolution of vendor-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive financial and vendor information.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve vendor management processes and data quality.
