Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Vendor Management Analyst to support the Accounts Payable team by maintaining vendor master data, validating onboarding documents, and ensuring timely processing of requests. You will safeguard data integrity across financial systems and support onboarding, compliance, and month-end tasks.

You will work with Coupa and Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to internal controls, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Accounts Payable, Vendor Master Data, Finance Ops, or similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Willing to work US Pacific Time (night shift).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain vendor master records in Coupa, Salesforce, and related systems.
• Validate vendor onboarding documents including tax forms and banking details.
• Process vendor master data changes (addresses, payment terms, bank details, deactivations).
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and controls.
• Handle vendor requests within SLAs and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Identify duplicates and perform data cleansing to maintain quality.
• Assist month-end activities related to vendor master maintenance and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve vendor management processes.
