ByteBridge is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP, vendor credit terms, and timely payments while working remote to support global teams. The role requires night shifts to align with international operations and strong collaboration with procurement, treasury, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in AP, deep knowledge of vendor terms, and proficiency with SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks, coupled with advanced Excel skills and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable or related functions.
• Experience with SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks or similar.

Responsibilities

• Vendor credit term management, including new term applications and renewals.
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Prepare vendor payments and manage AP aging.
• Maintain vendor master and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and generate AP reports.
• Identify process improvements and automation.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, treasury and IT.
