BruntWork is seeking a dependable Receptionist to be the first voice on calls, representing the company with a friendly, professional tone. You will own the inbound call experience from start to finish, capturing details accurately and routing inquiries as needed.

This independent contractor role is permanent remote, 20 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule aligned to EDT. Proficiency with Zoho CRM and Nextiva is required to log notes and route calls effectively.

Formación

• Experience answering calls or working as a receptionist.
• Cloud-based phone system experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and note-taking skills.
• Ability to identify caller needs and route or log inquiries accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls professionally and introduce the company to every caller.
• Identify caller needs and capture inquiry details accurately.
• Redirect callers to the appropriate team member or extension.
• Take clear notes and email callbacks to the team promptly.
• Protect team focus by handling calls without interrupting staff.
