Qualifications

• Proven experience in virtual customer support or live event hosting/moderation.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with confident on-camera presence.
• Strong sales mindset with understanding of audience engagement tactics.
• High initiative, self-direction, and reliability in a fast-moving environment.
• Flexible schedule to handle shifting hours and extended event shifts.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Audience Engagement & Live Zoom Support: host/moderate live Zoom events and warm up prospects toward purchases.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: provide clear, responsive support and help implement agentic workflows.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: identify tasks, propose solutions, flag risks early.
• Team Collaboration & Communication: follow chain of command and maintain a positive presence.
• Process Improvement: bring ideas to improve operations and event workflows.
