Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Staff Services Partner to bridge the Company, Clients, and remote staff for seamless collaboration and operations. You’ll assist contractors, check timesheets, answer contracting questions, mediate between contractors and clients, and highlight performance.

Responsibilities span onboarding, contractor support, and offboarding, with emphasis on accurate timesheet processing, proactive communication, and risk monitoring to ensure smooth engagements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in remote staff management, HR operations, or related role.
• End-to-end onboarding and offboarding experience.
• Able to monitor timesheets, conduct regular check-ins, support engagement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor onboarding pipeline for smooth transitions and guide new contractors.
• Assist with contractor support, including timesheet accuracy and billing readiness.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding pipelines, ensuring proper notices and records.
• Support reports requested by clients and assist in special tasks.
• Escalate concerns to Client Success Manager when needed.
