The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of AR/AP or general accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work securely with confidential financial data in a night-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts receivable/payable or general accounting.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard office apps.
• Familiarity with accounting systems; ECI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
• Review and maintain invoices, payment records, and supporting documents.
• Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on payments.
• Verify transaction details and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Support month-end activities and other accounting tasks.
• Learn and use ECI accounting software to support daily workflows.
