Job summary

Stagwell Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing, vendor relations, and full AP cycle tasks. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work across departments in a hybrid Ortigas environment with a mandatory night shift.

You will input, code, and reconcile invoices, ensure timely payments, and support month-end close while maintaining accurate records for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable or related finance role.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Code invoices to correct accounts and obtain approvals.
• Enter invoices into the AP system promptly.
• Reconcile discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Process payments via checks, transfers, or other methods.
• Maintain vendor contact details and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare payments and ensure alignment with terms.
• Keep AP records organized for audits and tax purposes.
• Assist month-end/year-end closing with supporting docs.
