eClerx LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team in the Philippines. You will manage high-volume invoice processing and ensure accurate 2-way/3-way matching against POs and receipts.

The role requires 3+ years of US-based AP experience, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots), and excellent communication with internal teams and US vendors. Night shift alignment is expected during US business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of US-based AP experience.
• Proficient with ERP platforms and Excel.
• Strong communication across teams and with vendors.
• Detail oriented with reliable time management.

Aufgaben

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and timely.
• Perform 2-way/3-way matching against POs and receipts.
• Investigate discrepancies and approvals.
• Coordinate with vendors and approvers for timely processing.
• Prepare invoice trackers and assist month-end AP reporting.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve items.
• Maintain internal controls and year-end 1099s.
