The candidate should be able to manage multiple companies, work with US clients, and possess excellent English skills. Night-shift availability and a work-from-home setup are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to discounts, interest, and percentages.
• Proven ability to apply instructions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Code and input invoices accurately.
• Prepare weekly/monthly check runs.
• File paid invoices using consistent filing.
• Perform accounts payable billing functions.
