Job summary

DCX is seeking a Home-Based Account Manager for Outside Sales to support a U.S.-based client portfolio from the Philippines. You will manage orders from quote to delivery, coordinate with the sales team and CRO, and ensure projects stay on track while maintaining clear client communication.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business administration and 2–3 years in promotional products or related fields, with strong English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales or related role.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm products to fit client’s branded merchandise project.
• Provide formal quotes to clients.
• Build and place sales orders.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Review proofs and obtain client approval.
• Manage day-to-day project progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee issue resolution through completion.
• Place sample/spec orders requiring factory PO.
• Be point of contact for production questions.
• Update CRM with client and project data.
