Job summary

DCX is hiring in the Philippines for a full-time role focused on client communication, orders, and project coordination within the Promotional Products industry. You will brainstorm product ideas, produce quotes, manage sales orders and proofs, and keep production on schedule from a Cebu-like time zone advantage to support US hours.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in related roles, strong English skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing or Sales.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work overnight/graveyard US hours from Philippine time.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive follow-up.
• Strong written communication and customer service skills.
• Positive, creative attitude and strong multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm products to fit client branded merchandise projects.
• Provide formal quotes to clients.
• Build and place sales orders.
• Review and approve invoices.
• Review and send proofs to clients for approval.
• Manage day-to-day project delivery and timelines.
• Oversee issue resolutions through completion.
• Place sample/spec orders requiring factory PO.
• Be the primary contact for order questions during production.
• Update the company CRM as needed.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Brainstorming products to fit within client’s branded merchandise project.
• Providing formal quotes to clients.
• Building and placing sales orders.
• Reviewing and approving invoices.
• Reviewing and sending proofs to clients for approval
• Day-to-day project management of each job to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee problem resolutions through completion
• Place sample and spec orders that require a factory PO
• Point of contact for order questions that arise during production
• Update company CRM as needed.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or a related role.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills: Strong attention to detail and great follow-up practices
• Strong written communication and customer service skills
• Positive and creative attitude!
• Advanced organizational skills / Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT)
• Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Salary Range: PHP 40,000 - 45,000

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
