Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Promotional Products, Marketing, Sales, or related role.
• Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools.
• Direct promotional products industry experience preferred; comparable ecommerce experience beneficial.
• Ability to adapt communication and service approach to different types of customers.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls; customer retention or inside sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend DEBCO high-volume customer call queue.
