Job summary

DCX PH Inc. is seeking a Home-Based Project Coordinator to support a growing U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry.

You will manage and monitor orders, support cross-functional projects, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination following client-defined processes. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work overnight US hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-3 years of relevant business experience, order management, or project support; promotional industry experience is required.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficient with Google Sheets and Gmail.
• Experience with Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore.
• Understanding of logistics is a big plus.
• Experience tracking orders and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrates independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage tasks with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor orders from initiation through completion with accuracy and documentation.
• Track tasks and orders and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Provide coordination support for projects, including Global Trade solutions.
• Prepare and share project timelines, status updates, and reports.
• Apply project management best practices to ensure quality deliverables.
