Qualifications

• College degree in related field required.
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Provide pricing, features, and availability information.
• Create proposals, quotes, and opportunities.
• Prepare sales presentations and data visuals.
• Document order-related activities in systems and keep records updated.
• Maintain comprehensive logs of customer interactions and outcomes.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications efficiently.
• Perform general day-to-day customer service tasks for clients and vendors.
