Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of client accounts for our global clients. In this remote, independent contractor role, you will strengthen relationships, improve retention, drive product adoption, and build long-term partnerships across multiple industries.

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, identify opportunities for account expansion, and work with product and support teams to relay feedback and ensure ongoing value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or related client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage a large portfolio while maintaining service standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build client trust.
• Track record of achieving retention, satisfaction and growth targets.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships across a high-volume portfolio of client accounts, driving long-term satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to expand accounts and drive growth through proactive engagement and strategic recommendations.
• Track account health indicators, identify churn risks, and implement proactive retention strategies.
• Lead onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and value realization quickly.
• Collaborate with internal product and support teams to relay feedback and improve offerings.
• Keep client interactions and pipeline activity documented in the CRM.
