Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Account Management within BPO sales.
• Candidate must be from the Philippines.
• Strong background in onboarding clients and streamlining processes.
• Deep understanding of the BPO industry and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee the delivery of exceptional services and solutions.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
• Monitor key account metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide strategic insights to enhance performance.
