Huzzle.com is seeking a Customer Success Manager to guide customers through onboarding, adoption and renewal across its global client base. You will partner with accounts, define success plans, train users, and translate feedback into product improvements, aiming to maximize retention and expansion.

This fully remote, independent contractor role offers exposure to SaaS platforms, cross‑functional collaboration, and ongoing support from Huzzle before and after placement.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or account management.
• Proven track record building strong B2B relationships.
• Data-driven with KPI tracking and analytics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard customers and ensure 100% milestones within 30 days.
• Develop tailored success plans for a portfolio and guide 80% to milestones in 90 days.
• Provide product training to ensure 90% adoption of key features.
• Identify upsell opportunities to support revenue retention targets.
• Resolve escalated tickets within 48 hours and maintain high retention.
• Drive brand visibility by seeking customer reviews and drafting case studies.
• Translate feedback into actionable insights for the product team.
