Job summary

Interval AI is seeking an Account Manager to own and nurture customer relationships remotely from the Philippines. You will handle day-to-day support, conduct client calls, and monitor engagement to prevent churn, while surfacing product feedback to improve our platform.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams, ensuring accurate reporting and proactive communication across your book of accounts.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A natural people person who builds trust quickly.
• Able to stay calm and clear-headed in intense conversations or high-stress moments.
• 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across time zones.
• Based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer support requests and get on calls with clients when they need help.
• Monitor client engagement across your accounts and spot drop-offs early, before they turn into churn.
• Monitor client success against the results each account signed up for, and step in when performance drifts.
• Report common issues and bugs back to our product and engineering teams with clear, specific detail.
• Proactively contact clients with new account information and when new features ship.
• Own relationships across a book of customer accounts and work closely with the product team on feedback.
• Keep clean, consistent reporting and track every interaction in our systems.
• Report clear, accurate account information back to leadership.
