Pearl Talent is seeking an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for US-based clients, from prospecting and discovery through quoting, closing, and account expansion. You will diagnose customer goals and recommend promo product solutions that fit budgets and margins.

The role is fully remote, requires 3+ years of B2B sales with a proven quota—achieving revenue with US buyers—and experience building quotes and proposals with sound pricing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales or Account Executive experience with full-cycle ownership from prospecting through close
• Demonstrated track record selling to US-based customers
• Verifiable quota achievement and closed-deal results (revenue figures, attainment %, or account growth on CV)
• Hands-on experience building quotes and proposals, including margin and pricing management on product-based deals
• Proven account expansion experience — upselling or cross-selling existing customers after the initial sale
• C1+ English (CEFR) for live, client-facing sales conversations with US decision-makers

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting through closing.
• Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Build relationships with decision-makers to uncover future purchasing opportunities.
• Create accurate quotes and proposals across product and supplier options.
• Balance customer needs with profitable deal structures.
• Take ownership of customer challenges through to resolution.
