Job summary

Wing, a remote leader in building world-class teams for companies worldwide, is seeking an Account Executive. You will drive the full sales cycle, manage international prospects, and collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to optimize outreach.

This role requires strong negotiation, exceptional English communication, and experience with CRM platforms. You will work US hours in a fully remote setup, handling inquiries, conducting demos, and aiming to exceed quotas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience with US/UK/Australian clients.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficient with CRM tools HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to work a graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the entire sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with international prospects.
• Conduct virtual meetings and product demos with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to refine lead generation efforts.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and report on pipeline progress.
• Set sales goals to increase revenue and report sales team performance results.
• Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling results in a datasheet or report.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.
• Ad hoc tasks.
