You will manage a team of sales representatives and develop strong client relationships to achieve regional targets. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in sales management, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities
