Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in the service/janitorial sector.
• Willingness to travel within the Ilocos Region.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients within Ilocos Norte and surrounding areas.
• Present and promote services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and competitive advantages.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate service agreements and pricing to meet targets with healthy margins.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
