Responsibilities

• Identify, approach and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities
• Present and demonstrate the value of janitorial and manpower services to prospective clients
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients whilst ensuring profitability
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and pipeline management
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets

As Sales Staff, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive janitorial and manpower services. This role is integral to achieving our sales targets and establishing ZC Kings Manpower as a preferred service provider in the market.
