Job summary

Mynt is seeking a Field Sales Executive to manage key accounts in Cavite and drive growth for GCash for Business. The role focuses on expanding merchant partnerships, maximizing revenue from payment services, and guiding partners to adopt new features and lending tools.

You will onboard new merchants, conduct face-to-face meetings, and lead campaigns from planning to execution, reporting to the Regional Sales Head. This is a field-facing, growth-driven opportunity with competitive incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of General Trade sales experience.
• P&L understanding or financial literacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Willingness to conduct field work and face-to-face meetings.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Dynamic, passionate, focused and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage & Acquire New Key Accounts with major merchant partners in Cavite.
• Grow revenue by maximizing payments services and active partner stores.
• Drive product adoption of GCash for Business Portal, devices, Bills Payment and Online Web checkout.
• Introduce new lending products and adtech marketing tools to partners.
• Act as a business consultant on sales, marketing, and distribution.
• Acquire new merchants and onboard large accounts to expand the network.
• Lead campaigns end-to-end to boost daily customer usage.
