Job summary

Purchase and Grow Inc.- Globe Division is seeking a merchant relationship manager to oversee a portfolio of MSME merchants in the Philippines. You will drive activation and transaction growth for GCash solutions and provide ongoing support post-onboarding.

You will visit merchants, manage relationships, track performance metrics, and assist with re-engagement campaigns while collaborating with the Documents Specialist and supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of active MSME merchants
• Drive activation, transaction volume, and consistent usage of GCash payment solutions
• Conduct regular merchant visits for relationship management and on-ground support
• Act as first-line support for merchant concerns, escalations, and education
• Collaborate closely with the Documents Specialist for aligned execution
• Provide regular performance tracking (GTV, revenue, merchant health)
• Support reactivation or re-engagement efforts as needed
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor
