Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. via its GCash fintech arm seeks a Manager, Regional Key Accounts to lead MSME South Luzon partnerships. You will manage and acquire key accounts, drive revenue, and guide merchants to adopt GCash for Business.

The role requires 3–5 years in General Trade sales, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and willingness to field work. You will report to the Regional Sales Head and help expand the partner network with strategic campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in General Trade sales.
• Strong presentation, influencing and communication skills.
• Willingness to do field work and face-to-face meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage & acquire new key accounts to meet sales goals.
• Grow revenue from payment services and active partner stores.
• Drive product adoption of GCash for Business Portal and payment devices.
• Introduce new features and lending products to expand usage.
• Act as a business consultant on sales, marketing and distribution.
