Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Benefits to support delivery, administration, and improvement of employee benefit programs across designated markets in the Asia Pacific region. You will interact with HR colleagues, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliant, employee-centric benefits delivery and accurate data management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with external providers, benefits governance, and clear communications, while supporting annual enrollment and system transitions

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years in Benefits/Total Rewards or HR Operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience handling inquiries.
• Experience with external vendors and benefits providers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Mansioni

• Support Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits inquiries and escalations.
• Assist with leave and time-off programs and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as Aon and Alight.
• Support annual benefits enrollment and renewal activities.
• Maintain benefits program documentation and knowledge resources.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and eligibility.
