Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1-3 years in Benefits/Total Rewards or HR operations.
• Experience with vendor management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits inquiries and escalations for assigned markets.
• Assist leave and time-off programs including policy interpretation and guidance.
• Partner with external vendors (Aon and Alight) to ensure service delivery and performance.
• Support annual benefits enrollment and renewal activities, including communications and user support.
• Maintain benefits program documentation and knowledge-management resources for accuracy and compliance.
