Qualifications

• Experience supporting benefits programs and responding to inquiries in a service environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 1.5 and Tier 2.0 benefits cases for EMEA employees, ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide support for employee leave and time-off programs.
• Partner with external vendors (e.g., Aon, Alight) to ensure effective service delivery.
