Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Benefits in Manila, Philippines. The role supports delivery, administration, and improvement of employee benefit programs across designated markets within the region, partnering with HR, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, employee-centric benefits delivery.

You will help manage benefits enrollment, documentation, communications, and vendor relationships while adhering to regulatory requirements and program governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Finance, or Accounting.
• Postgraduate coursework or certifications in HR / Total Rewards are a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, or Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits inquiries and escalations.
• Assist with leave and time-off programs and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., Aon, Alight) to ensure service delivery.
• Support annual benefits enrollment, testing, communications, and enrollment activities.
• Maintain benefits documentation and related knowledge resources.
