Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is actively seeking an Analyst, Benefits - EMEA, based in Manila, Philippines. You will support the delivery of employee benefits programs across the EMEA region, coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure quality service and program integrity.

The role involves managing benefits cases, enrollment activities, and communications, while driving process improvements in a multinational shared services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2-4 years of benefits administration or HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and case management tools; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases for EMEA employees.
• Support enrollment, leave, and policy guidance activities.
• Liaise with external vendors (Aon, Alight) for service delivery.
• Assist annual benefits renewal and communications.
• Implement new benefits programs and plan enhancements.
• Respond to policy inquiries and provide guidance on benefits interpretation.
