The role supports the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits across designated markets, collaborating with HR colleagues, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant, employee-centric benefits delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Postgraduate coursework or certification in HR, Benefits Administration, Total Rewards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits case inquiries and escalations for assigned markets, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Support employee leave and time-off programs, including policy interpretation, leave administration, and employee guidance.
• Partner with external vendors, including Aon and Alight, to ensure effective service delivery, issue resolution, and operational performance.
• Support annual benefits enrollment and renewal activities, including testing, communications, employee support, and implementation activities.
• Support benefit program implementations, enhancements, and change initiatives, including transition planning and stakeholder coordination.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding benefits policies, program eligibility, exceptions, and plan provisions.
• Maintain benefits plan documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-management resources to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and deliver benefit communications, educational materials, and employee awareness campaigns.
• Support operational processes utilizing applicable HR systems and tools, including OTP, EIB, and related data management activities.
• Administer government-mandated and social benefits programs, insurance programs, pension plans, fleet-related benefits, and flexible work arrangement programs for designated markets.
