Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is seeking a benefits analyst to support delivery and administration of employee benefit programs across designated markets in Asia Pacific. You will work with HR colleagues, external vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure compliant and employee-centric benefits delivery, with a focus on processes, documentation and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in Benefits, Total Rewards or HR Operations.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs and leave management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word with vendor coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2 and Tier 1.5 benefits inquiries and escalations.
• Assist with leave administration and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate with vendors (Aon, Alight) for service delivery.
• Support annual benefits enrollment, testing and communications.
• Maintain benefits documentation and compliance.
• Develop benefit communications and employee awareness campaigns.
• Assist with HR systems data management and reporting.
• Support government-mandated benefits and pension programs.
