Job summary

Johnson & Jonn is seeking an Analyst, Benefits to support delivery and administration of employee benefit programs across markets. You will work with HR colleagues and external vendors to ensure compliant, employee‑centred benefits delivery and documentation.

Role focuses on enrollment, change initiatives, and effective communication of programs, while sustaining accurate data management and governance within Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Shared Services, or a related HR function.
• Experience administering employee benefit programs, leave management, or HR service delivery processes.
• Strong customer service orientation with experience handling employee inquiries and case management.

Responsibilities

• Support Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits case inquiries and escalations for assigned markets.
• Assist with leave and time-off programs, policy interpretation, and guidance to employees.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure service delivery and performance.
