Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification in HR/Benefits/Total Rewards preferred.
• 2–4 years in benefits administration or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with HR systems and benefits platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases for EMEA employees.
• Support leave and time-off programs, policy guidance.
• Collaborate with vendors (Aon, Alight) for service delivery.
• Assist annual benefits renewal and enrollment activities.
• Implement new benefit programs and plan changes.
• Respond to policy inquiries and provide guidance.
• Maintain benefits plans documentation and resources.
• Develop employee communications about benefits.
• Support OTP, EIB transactions and benefits system activities.
• Administer social and government-mandated benefits.
• Assist with insurance plans, claims inquiries, vendor escalations.
• Support market-specific programs including pension plans.
• Assist with flexible work arrangements policies.
• Analyze data to improve service and efficiency.
